Our scholarship programs allow staff to engage with local students during the application process, while community leaders and donors volunteer on the scholarship committees to recommend recipients. The Harriet and Don Neill “Perry County Values” Scholarship is an annual scholarship established by Harriet and Don Neill to help graduating seniors from Perry Central High School further their education. The scholarship is available for graduating seniors of Perry Central High School with a cumulative grade point average in the range of 2.5 – 3.4 (on a 4.0 scale) planning to attend an accredited educational institution for vocational or technical training or to obtain a 2- or 4-year undergraduate degree.
The 2022 recipient of the Harriet and Don Neill “Perry County Values” Scholarship was Cole Hess. Cole is pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Southern Indiana.
