Each scholarship fund has specific eligibility criteria which are determined by donors when the scholarship is created. Examples of eligibility criteria include: community of residence, school attended, grade point average, future plans, or financial need. In addition, the Community Foundation Alliance and our Community Foundation affiliates are the local administrators of the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Program.

Please be aware that your failure to submit the renewal form by the specified date will result in your ineligibility to be considered for this year’s and future scholarship renewal awards. Renewal applications will be assigned to renewal candidates in their online student account.

May be renewable for consecutive sophomore, junior and senior years. Renewal applications may be considered provided the recipient continues to pursue his or her educational goals and maintains at least a 2.0 cumulative grade point average (4.0 scale). Renewal award amounts may differ from the original award.
